Each session targets these areas in an innovative approach, enhancing heart & lung function through high intensity interval training, enhancing muscular fitness through the use of your body weight, yoga movements to increase flexibility of stubborn joints, and neuromotor exercises to improve balance, coordination, and agility. 

Psychologically Fit
