High School Prep Program (Youth Athletes 13+)

Starting June 11

Tue & Thu | 7:15-8:15pm | Riverside Park

  • Each session incorporates fitness & technical skills to develop athletes physically, mentally, and emotionally

  • This program will prepare athletes for the high school season & college recruiting process

  • Fitness assessments will be taken on the last day. These assessments can be used in your recruiting profile to highlight athlete physicality for potential coaches.
