Bootcamp Overview

EFP provides bootcamp services for adults & children 13 & over that enhances health & fitness and improves physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

 

In order to achieve optimal fitness, individuals need to be physically, mentally, and emotionally fit. 

 

Physiologically fit

A physiologically fit individual should have premier cardiorespiratory function, muscular strength & endurance, neuromotor skills, and range of motion of major joints in the body. Each session targets these areas in an innovative approach, enhancing heart & lung function through high intensity interval training, enhancing muscular fitness through the use of your own body weight, yoga movement to increase flexibility of stubborn joints, and neuromotor exercises to improve balance, coordination, and agility. 

Psychologically Fit

A psychologically fit individual should possess mental toughness. All exercises will improve mental toughness with the help of our fitness experts. Discipline is another trait that we stress at EFP. With some added discipline to your repertoire, results can be achieved efficiently. Our fitness experts will have you building good disciplinary habits in no time. With focus, mental toughness & discipline, results will be achieved quickly. EFP strives to see you develop the best results of your life.

Emotionally Fit

Here at EFP, we understand that emotions drive us into bad habits. We will guide you in the right direction enhancing self-esteem, confidence, and behavioral control. 

 

What to expect during an EFP bootcamp session: 

  • High intensity interval training to speed up fat loss and to enhance cardiorespiratory function
  • Dynamic resistance workouts to improve muscle tone, increase muscular strength & endurance
  • Yoga type flexiblity movements to improve ROM
  • Innovative exercises to melt calories and build lean muscle
  • Nutritional guidance
  • Psychological guidance to help build confidence & self-esteem
  • Sports-related workouts to enhance athleticism
  • Balance, agility & coordination exercises to improve neuromotor skills
  • Mental workouts to develop and integrate mind and body

Fall Bootcamp Schedule

Adult Bootcamp (18 & Over) 

  • Sunday evenings from 6-7pm 

  • Starting September 9th

  • Each session limited to first 10 registrants

Child Bootcamp (13-17) 

  • Sunday evenings from 5-6 pm

  • Starting September 9th

  • Each session limited to first 10 registrants
