Sports Performance

EFP provides sports performance services for boys & girls ages 10 and older that enhances performance on the field by developing dynamic athleticism.

Six Components of a Dynamic Athlete

In order to become the complete athlete, players need to be physiologically and psychologically fit.

Physiologically fit

A physiologically fit athlete should have premier cardiorespiratory function, muscular strength and endurance, neuromotor skills, and range of motion of necessary joints in their specific sport. Each session targets these areas in an innovative approach, measuring and improving the athlete's aerobic capacity, along with using resistance training while performing sport-specific movements, developing yoga-type flexibility movements to increase range of motion, and proper running technique to maximize efficiency.

Psychologically Fit

To become a premier athlete, mental toughness is just as crucial. It could be the difference in winning or losing a game. EFP will provide services in each session that improve the athlete's focus, awareness, confidence, and behavioral control.

Nutritional Guidance

Nutritional guidance is also imperative for any physiologically fit athlete. Just like an engine needs fuel to function, so does the body. Athletes should be consuming top-quality fuel to improve mechanical efficiency. Here at EFP, we provide personalized nutritional guidance to help athletes maximize performance.
